Designed as a generational ecosystem, Elevate brings together individuals at different stages of influence who share a commitment to cultural integrity, long-term impact, and collective responsibility. Membership is not oriented around status or access alone, but around participation, contribution, and stewardship.

Elevate connects people across disciplines and generations through curated convenings, shared dialogue, and sustained engagement within the Mela ecosystem.

  • Membership is offered annually and organized across three tiers:

    Next Gen, Leader and Patron

    Each tier reflects a different stage of leadership and level of engagement, with corresponding access, invitations, and opportunities for involvement. All members share entry into a curated community shaped by trust, discretion, and long-term relationship building.

  • Yes. Elevate is intentionally curated.


    Membership is extended by invitation or referral to ensure alignment of values and a sense of shared responsibility within the community. This approach allows Elevate to remain intimate, intentional, and meaningful for its members.

  • Elevate membership includes access to a curated calendar of gatherings, private cultural moments, and member-only communications. Depending on tier, this may include invitations to intimate dinners, leadership conversations, screenings, salons, and priority access to Mela Collective programs.


    All memberships include entry into a trusted, values-aligned community shaped by care, discretion, and long-term thinking.

  • Elevate membership helps sustain Mela Collective’s broader cultural work.


    This includes convenings, storytelling initiatives, leadership programs, and philanthropic efforts that advance South Asian visibility, creative expression, and collective impact. Members are not simply joining a network; they are supporting an ecosystem.

  • Yes. Memberships are annual and may be canceled 30 days before year-end.


    Access continues through the end of the current membership period, and no future renewals will be processed. Elevate is designed to be entered thoughtfully and exited gracefully.
